- Victoria’s Ombudsman has published a new edition of the resource: Good practice guide: Complaint handling for Victorian public sector organisations to help the public sector handle complaints more effectively
- the first International Ombudsman Summit was hosted by the Office of the Ombudsman, Hong Kong SAR, China.
- the upcoming 37th APOR Conference will be hosted by the Control Yuan of Taiwan in Taipei from 3 to 5 September with the theme Diverse Practices and Developments in Ombudsperson and Human Rights Work.
