MIQ complaints fact sheet

The Chief Ombudsman investigates complaints about managed isolation and quarantine (MIQ) facilities but he can’t always step in.

He can recommend but cannot order the responsible agency – MBIE – to take any particular action, like give you a place in an MIQ.
