2018/2019 Annual Report released
Our annual report is now online and it shows what we’ve been doing over the past year to improve how we handle your complaints and protect your rights to request information. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved, with around 98 per cent of your complaints cleared and a significant 29 per cent increase in agencies contacting us for advice on how to do things better. But there’s still a lot more to do. It’s all part of our commitment to ensuring fairness for all New Zealanders.
