Protected disclosures – guidance on internal policies and procedures

Note: The Protected Disclosures (Protection of Whistleblowers) Act 2022 comes into effect on 1 July 2022. The current guides apply to protected disclosures made before 1 July 2022. The new guides will be available once they’re updated.
