Te Puna Mātauranga, the Ombudsman's online learning platform, is coming soon

With Te Puna Mātauranga, the Ombudsman aims to help staff at public sector agencies to develop their official information practice skills.

At launch, three courses will be available:

• the Official Information Act for ministers and agencies
• the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act for Local Government Agencies
• Managing unreasonable complainant conduct.
