Outreach activities and speaking engagements

One of our goals is to improve public awareness and accessibility of our services.  To this end, we undertake a range of outreach work and speaking engagements.  This can include attending community events (like the Field Days and Consumer Rights Days), as well as talking to conferences and gatherings about the role of the Ombudsman and how we can help.

Details of upcoming engagements are posted below. You can also contact us if you’re planning an event and you’d like a representative of the Ombudsman to come along.
