Chief Ombudsman Peter Boshier has published a simple step-by-step guide for making complaints about decisions made by Toka Tū Ake EQC in relation to natural disaster insurance claims.

If you are privately insured, Toka Tū Ake Earthquake Commission provides natural disaster damage insurance for residential buildings and some residential land.
