Wellington Office update Loading Comments…

The Ombudsman’s Wellington office will be closed again on Wednesday 24 July 2013. While we are pleased to have received advice from our engineers that our building has only sustained cosmetic damage and there is no apparent structural damage following Sunday’s earthquake, we now need to complete our own health and safety checks before we are able to welcome our staff and the public back into the Office. Wellington staff are therefore asked not to come in to work on Wednesday. We intend to reopen the Office on Thursday 25 July. In the meantime, our Auckland and Christchurch offices will continue to operate as normal and any phone calls will be re-routed to these offices. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding. Our continued thanks to our teams in Auckland and Christchurch for their support and assistance.
