The Ombudsman’s Wellington office will be closed again on Tuesday 23 July 2013 in order for our building inspection and engineering review to be completed after Sunday’s earthquake. We are taking every care to avoid any risk to our staff and the public, and need professional assurance about our building. Wellington staff are asked not to come in to work on Tuesday and should contact their manager if they have any questions. Our Auckland and Christchurch offices will continue to operate as normal and any phone calls will be re-routed to these offices again tomorrow. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding. Thank you also to our teams in Auckland and Christchurch for their support and assistance.
